ABOUT KATAMEDO

Katamedo is all-encompassing.  We train judo, japanese and brazilian jujitsu, sambo and general grappling, fully integrating these different styles into a single, unified system.  Standing and ground, gi and no-gi altogether. 
Our system starts with gripping, to throwing, to ground, then controlling positions and submissions.  All techniques aren't only emphasized for sport but in real life situations.
